Since I was a child, I knew i wanted to be an artist, a sculpter to be precise. Growing up in an environment that considerates art in general as an hobby or simply "not a real job", I never gave up. I found a job, worked hard, saved money to be here right now saying that I'm living my dreams. And it's just the beginning.

After considerating many others institutions, I have found that the Barcelona Academy of Art offers just the right sculpture program I'm looking for and what I need to preceed my goals. Luckily, after evaluate my skills, they offered me the chance to join the painting program too, attending in this way two degrees at the same time.

Now in my second year of studies, thanks to the Academy and my great teachers or mentors, I know that I would love to do this for the rest of my life.

So, my short-term objective includes learn as much as I can, start from the base, classic art and realism, to be able one day to realaborate and express, with the knowledge I will achieve, my idea of art. I'm honestly very committed to fullfill my goals. After graduation, I hope to attain a career where I can express my artistic talent and passion for art as well as open my mind in ways that I could never do in any other field.

And I know that the ARC Scholarship will be an essential step to help me to achieve my goals and keep on living my dreams.
