That's true, Fred. This seems extreme. Yet I know of artists who think that buying paint, contrary to grinding their own is a sin. I switched to color corrected lights since I like to paint all day, and consistent light helps a lot. Even with north light, I found that the color on the model changed radically. Also, color corrected florescent lights are almost to a 98 CRI (color rendering index). They range from 3200 to over 10,000 Kelvin, the latter for aquariums, but useful if you want to paint the blue effects on top of a mountain. LOL
