WHAT WILL I LEARN?

After a detailed introduction to the materials and the other equipment we need for landscape painting, we will make our first study outside right after the lunch break. Over the next few days, we will then meet at various locations in the city. We will look for the most beautiful places in Bad Homburg, such as the Kurpark or the castle, and will learn a lot about image composition. We will also learn how to deal with the constantly changing light and conditions that we encounter when painting landscapes. At the end, you will be able to take home a number of beautiful works.

 

Info/Period

5-day workshop with 30 lessons. Lessons take place from Monday to Friday from 09:30 - 16:30. There is a lunch break from 12:30 - 13:30. The workshop is taught in German and/or English. We will enquire about your language skills for this.

 

 

Materials

For this workshop we need materials for oil painting. This includes painting surfaces, oil paints, brushes etc. You will receive a list of materials before the start of the workshop so that you can get everything you need. If you are unsure about certain materials, we will of course be happy to give you
