| ARC is pleased to welcome Jeff Hein as our newest Living Master™! Jeff Hein is an American artist born 1974. He works in a variety of mediums but is best known for his figurative oil paintings. In 2007 Hein founded the Hein Academy of Art, which is also an ARC Approved Atelier™ and in 2014 he won second place in the Figurative Category in the International ARC Salon.
