 | Two Shen paintings recently came to auction at the major October 6, 2013 Sotheby's Hong Kong Contemporary Chinese Art Sale. Both paintings sold well. The first, titled Innocent World, brought the high-estimate at 350,000 HKD (45,134 USD) and the second, titled Golden Age, well exceeded the 180,000 - 250,000 HKD estimate and sold for 375,000 HKD (48,358 USD). |
 | Shen's prices appear to be on a steady move upwards as these paintings now hold the second and third spots for highest prices his works have brought at auction, being surpassed only by one of his paintings at the April 6, 2013 Sale bringing almost 80,000 USD.
