ARC Chairman Fred Ross will be one of three speakers for the 2011 NTD Television 3rd Chinese International Figure Painting Competition Award Ceremony November 28th, 7pm - 9:30pm at the Salmagundi Art Club, New York, NY. The mission of the Chinese International Figure Painting Competition is to promote cultural exchange and the art of figure painting that portrays truth, compassion, and beauty in order to return art to its rightful path.
