Wilson J. Ong grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and went to Brigham Young University, receiving a B.F.A. in painting and drawing. He furthered his studies at the Arts Students’ League in New York City studying with nationally renowned figurative artists, Ted Seth Jacobs and Harvey Dinnerstein. He has sold his work professionally as an artist and illustrator. He has been represented in galleries from Scottdale, AZ, Carmel, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, Rockland, ME, Lexington, MA and presently at the West End Gallery in Corning, NY. His portraits and works hang in university, institutional, and private collections throughout the U.S.
