Vladimir Mikhailov was born in 1978 in Leningrad.
In 1996 he entered the Russian state pedagogical University.Herzen, art-graphic Department.
In 2001 he entered the Academy of arts.Repin at the restoration Department of the faculty of painting.
Later he transferred to the easel Department in the workshop of V. V. Sokolov.
In 2007 he graduated from the Academy of arts with a diploma "Repentance".
Since 2009, a member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists.
