Jim Promessi

Jim Promessi is primarily a California landscape and seascape artist, although he also does figurative and still life work. His favored mediums are oil on canvas and soft pastel on paper.

He prefers working in a traditional manner, and considers this to be the ultimate challenge to an artist.

Jim holds a Masters of Art degree in Painting from San Jose State University, and taught studio art fulltime at Skyline College in San Bruno, California.
