Eric Nyros

Eric is a realist artist focusing on portraiture and enjoys painting because of the very colorful and expressive way it shows the subject.  He started his formal academic studies in art with printmaking but recently switched to painting portraits to express the emotions on all of us and to connect with people.  Eric enjoys learning everyone's story and talking with them. He graduated from University of Florida with a BFA in printmaking.  He learned the varous methods of printing such as lithography, etching and silk screen to name a few.  After 9=11 he wanted to serve in the U.S. Army and continued to stay in the Army for the next 21 years.  Eric recently retired and continues his "Art Journey" that started so long ago.  Eric continues to seek out that next portrait and continue building on his story, because everyone has a story.
