            Patricia Watwood is a figurative painter based in Brooklyn, NY.  She has an MFA from New York Academy of Art, and studied at the Water Street Atelier. Her work has been exhibited at the Beijing World Art Museum, The Butler Museum, The New Britain Museum of American Art, and she had a solo Museum exhibit at the St. Louis University Museum of Art, and at the Forbes Galleries NYC. Her commissioned portraits hang in institutions such as St. Louis City Hall, Kennedy School of Government and Harvard University. She has produced an instructional DVD on portraiture with with Streamline Art Video, and is a featured art instructor with Bluprint. She has served on faculty at New York Academy of Art, and at conferences like FACE, TRAC and the Portrait Society of America. Her next solo show opens at Dacia Gallery NYC on May 2, 2019.
