Benjamin Askevold

Benjamin R. Askevold is an oil painter and sculptor based in Laguna Beach, California and a current senior at the Laguna College of Art + Design. Benjamin grew up in the suburbs of Minneapolis with his mother and father who were artistic in their own fashion - bead work and musician respectively, and later moved to Phoenix where his passion for oil painting was discovered which ultimately solidified his path as a fine artist.
Benjamin R. Askevold has exhibited his work in San Francisco & Laguna Beach, California; Mesa, Arizona; as well as internationally in a local art & culture magazine out of Belize. Benjamin’s post college goals are to move back to Phoenix to pursue his career as a working artist.
