Though much of my time has been taken by the equally rewarding jobs of mother and pschiatrist/psychoanalyst, I have always tried to fit art into my life in one form or another. Over the past five years, as my children have grown from "needy teenagers to aloof young adults", and I survived a second bout of cancer, it became necessary to dedicate more time to the act of art making. Thru the teaching, encouragement, and guidance at the Academy of Realist Art Toronto I have begun to challenge, expand and develop my rendering and painting skills to express/document that which moves me.
