Peter Doroh

Born and raised in Michigan, Peter Doroh received his formal training from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago as well as private instructors. He works full time as a high school art instructor in the Metro-Detroit area. He has shown extensively throughout the Midwest and has won multiple awards. Peter Doroh’s paintings are represented in countless private and corporate collections.
While Peter’s ability lends itself to a multiple of mediums, he is best known for his tight renderings in oil, graphite, and charcoal. His traditional and nontraditional approaches to these mediums allow for the great detail that Peter has come to be recognized by.
When not teaching or painting, Peter can be found entertaining with family and friends at his Michigan home and studio.
