|}DLKathiucia Dias, better known as ‘Kat’, has pursued an art career in both New York and California, and, after gaining some experience as a commercial and entertainment artist, she decided to pursue a career in Fine Art. Since then she has studied at Safehouse Atelier with Carl Dobsky, and shown around the United States in galleries and museum shows such as the CAC Gold Medal Show. She is currently developing a new body of work and teaching.
As an artist Kat seeks to explore the visual language as a representational form of communication. She considers her ongoing curiosity and studies as precursors to her development and growth as an artist and eventually seeks to make her paintings unfold like puzzles to the viewer, always hiding something new.
