Tom Martin

I drew daily as a child. My parents recognized my interest and made sure that I recieved art lessons with classically trained teachers for about 5 years. However went to college ,recieved degrees in English then Occupational Therapy, got married,(just celebrated 31 years) had 2 children (now 2 grandchildren), learned the harmonica played professionally and worked as a therapist for 25 years. Retireed in 2011 and wanted to renew art lessons. I found Joel Carson Jones' studio, started with basic forms and contiued on a path that I had left 50 years ago.I could have never imagined the art journey I am on now and never seem to stop expanding my vision. I feel blessed that art was patiently waiting for me to return.
