In Shakespeare’s classic ‘Hamlet,’ the character Ophelia commits suicide—from a suggested lack of self-worth. Research suggests that if we value our life from a young age, we can have more optimism happiness and joy. Finding that self-confidence, and helping others value themselves is a gift.
