The Coronation by Alexandra Slava

The Coronation directly portrays my extensive reflection on the ideas of birth, the origins of life, and the passage of time. In this sculpture, I make attempts to explore a narrative following the enigmatic emergence of an individual life and the true significance of such an event. I imagine this work as depicting a new and original thought that peers around and poses questions of its own provenance and ultimate purpose.
